Hi, world! I didn’t know I could do this, but I can use Mommy’s flat thing that opens up so she can make words! I’m Pip, the family schipperke!
I know — what’s a schipperke??? I’m a small black snuggling dog!
For those of you who don’t know what a schipperke is (which is probably most of you; don’t feel bad), I am a fairly good representation, especially in the picture on the left. I am not a purebred, though. Somewhere in my past is a Pomeranian. I think it makes me even cuter!
Mommy fell in love with me from my picture. My foster mommy took it when I was three years old in Missouri. Mommy was missing her dog Skippy, who had crossed the Rainbow Bridge the year before, so when she saw me two years ago, she drove all the way from Ohio to St. Louis to get me. She just knew to come get me, and I jumped right in her lap!
I love being with my Mommy and Daddy, and I am so happy when we are all together. The trailer is warm and cozy, with my gigantic dog bed, even when Mommy says it’s not all mine. She caught me in a really relaxed pose here.
The trailer is much smaller than our house was. Mommy and Daddy and I can be a tight fit. But I’d rather be tight than in the car, because when they were moving here, I went back and forth on Mommy’s lap, seemed like every day, and my tummy was not happy. Now that we’re here, the most I go in the car is down the street to see the nice lady at the Post Office. She thinks I’m cute, too.
That’s all I have to say right now. I’ll be back with more later. This thing Mommy calls a laptop and swears at a lot is fun but weird — I have no thumbs!
Hi, “Mommy” just took over — this dog! Pip is so funny and he wants to do everything I do! I’ll let him on when he wants to, or when you ask for him. And for now, we ALL wish you the bestest, most happy, and very prosperous 2019!
